Licensing Options

We license our software in a flexible manner to suit the needs and circumstances of each of our customers.

There are three licences available:

Software as a Service (SaaS) / Subscription Licence

Saas is suitable for low volume users, or those without extensive infrastructure or IT resources. It has the advantage of being fully hosted, maintained and supported by iComply without additional cost – and you can be up and running in days!

To use this option, all you have to do is purchase a user-based subscription which allows you access to iAppraise Server, iAppraise Lite (notebook) and iAppraise Mobile (PDA).

Licence fee

There is a one-off account establishment setup fee. Subscriptions are renewable annually, and payable sixth months in advance. There are no maintenance fees, no upgrade costs, no imposed limits on what you can do, and no hassles.

Intranet Licence

The intranet licence is suitable for high volume users or those wanting the added comfort of being protected by their corporate firewall.

The intranet licence allows for the installation of the software and database on the licensee's own hardware. The licensee takes responsibility for the hosting and administration of the software.

Software Maintenance and Technical Support is provided by iComply under licensing arrangements.

This perpetual licence allows you access to iAppraise Server, iAppraise Lite, and iAppraise Mobile.

Licence fee

Licence fees are once-off. There is an annual maintenance charge of 20% of the total licence fee to cover upgrades and patches.

Enterprise Licensing

An enterprise licence allows unlimited user access and multiple server installations.

Licence fee

This option is negotiable.
